Conservatory Roof Insulated Ceiling work effectively in all weather conditions — reflecting heat during hot weather and retaining warmth when it’s cold — significantly improving energy efficiency and reducing energy bills. This upgrade not only helps you save money but also enhances the value of your property. Additionally, our internal ceiling insulation system is eligible for a 0% VAT rate under the Government Scheme.
The Insulated Ceiling installation is carried out entirely inside the conservatory, preserving the existing external appearance. Our advanced insulation is thin yet exceptionally efficient, achieving a U-value of 0.175 W/m²K (equivalent to 200 mm of Glasswool insulation).
Internally, the Insulated Ceiling is installed using white PVC panels that interlock with a tongue-and-groove locking system.
The panels can be supplied in either a standard gloss hollow-soffit ribbed design or a premium plain matt finish.

Thanks to Conservatory Roof Insulated Ceiling performance, we can complete the installation without the need for an additional sub-frame, which would otherwise lower the ceiling height and add unnecessary weight and stress to your conservatory roof.
The insulation fitted between the bars is sealed with aluminium tape to prevent air circulation, ensuring long-term performance and protecting your conservatory under our non-condensation guarantee. This installation method also enhances soundproofing, significantly reducing noise from heavy rain and adverse weather.
The white PVC ceiling, lowered by just half an inch, reflects natural light to maintain brightness within the room. Your conservatory will remain one of the brightest spaces in your home, with reduced sun glare and added protection for furniture.

Glass Roof Tint Application
In the case of a glass roof, the insulation on the outside can reflect sunlight. Some customers may find this reflection bothersome when viewed from their bedroom upstairs or it may affect the neighbours.
To address such situations, we offer a tinting service as an optional addition. Your existing glass can be applied with a MIRROR or WHITEOUT film of your choice.

Dual Insulation
If you would like to give your conservatory a modern appearance from the outside and achieve a significant increase in energy efficiency and soundproofing, Efficway offers Thermo Panels replacement in combination with our Insulated Ceiling.
This Dual Insulation provides an exceptional U-value of 0.15 w/m²K, reaching a top market standard at a reduced cost compared to other systems.
Please keep in mind that the Dual Conservatory Insulation qualifies for an additional discount.
Installation Process
Usually, the Insulated Ceiling and any other additions require a separate day of installation. The lead time is up to 4 weeks or as quickly as possible.
The Slide-Show presented installation includes glass tinting, efficway insulation and PVC panelling.
A small deposit is required to secure an order.
The final payment is required upon completion only.
We also offer a free survey, which can be conducted through a video call on your preferred platform or in person.
