At Efficway, we are pleased to help you turn your polycarbonate or glass roof into a comfortable space for any purpose, regardless of the shape or size.
The white PVC finish will keep your conservatory bright by reflecting the natural light from outside, and the renovated space will continue to be the brightest room in your home.
If it’s still a concern, we can keep some of the sections with existing glass or poly panel creating the Skylight in place to allow extra light.
The insulated panels are made from lightweight, high-quality PVC on both sides UV protected and densely packed with XPS (Extruded Polystyrene Foam). They have better thermal properties, with a lower U-value than polycarbonate or glass, providing better efficiency.
This ensures that your conservatory does not become too hot in the summer or too cold in the winter, helping to reduce energy costs. Sun glare will be reduced and your furniture will be protected. They also have a longer lifespan compared to traditional polycarbonate, making them a valuable investment.
Additionally, the insulation panels help to reduce noise, which can be distracting during inclement weather.

During the installation process, we will maintain the original internal and external parts of your conservatory roof including the covers, fascias, end caps, ridge and gutter.
These components will be thoroughly cleaned and sealed.
ThermoPanels Custom Colours
We can provide a variety of colour options for the ThermoPanels.
In addition to the standard White finish, ThermoPanels can be customised in various colours using the swatches of Renolit film which is applied on HPL (High-Pressure Laminate) panels.

Dual Insulation
ThermoPanels are designed to be paired with our Efficway internal conservatory Ceiling Insulation for the best result.
By combining both systems, it achieves an insulated conservatory roof U-value of 0.15w/m2k, reaching the highest market standards at a fraction of the cost of other systems.
Please keep in mind that the Dual Insulation is eligible for an additional discount.
Installation Process
ThermoPanels Installation typically takes one day with a lead time of up to 4 weeks or as quickly as possible.
To proceed with the order, we kindly request just a small deposit upon invoice. This deposit ensures the order is secured. The remaining balance is required upon completion only.
We also offer a free survey, which can be conducted either through a video call on your preferred platform or in person.
Upon completion of the project, our team will take care of the entire site clean-up process. This includes removing and recycling old panels, tidying both the interior and exterior areas, and thoroughly cleaning your new roof inside and out. Our goal is to leave you with a fresh, ready-to-enjoy renovated space.
