The Ultralite 500 polycarbonate roof replacement process is designed to address the challenges posed by its structure when direct panel replacement is not feasible due to the lack of self-supporting bars.

Efficway presents a comprehensive solution – a complete roof replacement featuring a sturdy Timber Frame, insulated ThermoPanels and flawless finish with a white uPVC Insulated Ceiling installed internally.

This smart process ensures that your roofing installation meets the highest standards.

Ultralite - conservatory roof replaced - front

As part of the Interior Finish, it features an Insulated Ceiling. Our highly efficient insulation, producing a U-value of 0.175w/m²K (equivalent to 200mm of Rockwool insulation), is meticulously applied between the timber frame joists. Beneath, it is covered with white uPVC boards that interlock in a tongue-and-groove system, preserving the room’s brightness by reflecting natural light.

This transformation turns the conservatory into a comfortable living space. When considering all components, it results in a U-value of 0.15w/m²K in terms of thermal conductivity.

Our insulated ThermoPanels are made from lightweight, high-quality PVC on both sides and densely packed with XPS (extruded polystyrene foam).
They boast thermal efficiency, boasting a lower U-value than polycarbonate, resulting in significant efficiency. The panels are securely affixed to the timber frame using smart cappings and water guards on the sides.

During the installation process, your gutter is temporarily removed for the installation process and thoroughly cleaned before being fixed back onto the new preinstalled fascia.

Ultralite 500 Polycarbonate roof replacement typically takes 2 days with a lead time of approxemantly 4 weeks.

To proceed with the order, we kindly request a small deposit upon invoice to secure an order. The remaining balance is required upon completion only. The payment can be made as a bank transfer, cash or major debit/credit card accepted via our mobile terminal.
