We have been very impressed with Efficway.  Vlad is very personable and gave detailed communication on email and on the phone - providing options, information and prices.  When he visited us to discuss options hewent through in detail the installation process.  We found that all the information on the website is very detailed and provides the most information of all the websites we viewed in our research for our conservatory roof insulation.  Vlad's  recommendation to tint the glass roof and have an internal ceiling was not only the best for our conservatory for insulation it was also the cheapest for our budget - and no hard sale for the most expensive option which we had received from some other companies.  The whole process from enquiry, options and information, and installation -was so quick and efficient. The conservatory in my parents' new home had some tired, dirty roof blinds. It was also cold in the winter and far too hot in the summer. By chance, Efficway were fitting their roof insulation panels at a nearby property. We weren’t aware of this solution before, but it was exactly what was needed. My parents asked Vlad to pop in and provide a quote, and from that moment on, he and his team delivered a masterclass in customer service. The quote arrived promptly and was fair. Throughout the process, we were kept informed and updated. On the day of installation, the team worked diligently and efficiently. My parents said they were a pleasure to have in their home. The job took slightly longer than planned, but rather than rush to finish, Vlad insisted the team return the next morning to ensure everything was completed to the highest standard. That commitment to quality really stood out. The finished result looks brilliant. Vlad even followed up two weeks later to make sure we were 100% happy, which we absolutely are. Highly recommended. Vlad and his guys did a good job in just two days. Cleared up after themselves and also helped to move furniture about to get the job done. The ceiling looks great and we have noticed a real difference in the temperature of the conservatory. I am extremely pleased with the work done and my conservatory roof.  The team that came in were friendly, polite and worked hard to get it done quickly.  It has made a huge difference with the temperature and I now use it daily through winter and expect the same through summer.  It had made a significant difference with the noise levels when it's raining too.  My photos don't really do justice but I would without a doubt recommend Efficway if you are looking to have your conservatory roof transformed. We had insulated Thermopanels and matching insulated interior ceiling panels installed Efficway. Right from the start of the process with the initial measurements and costing meeting, Vlad could not have been clearer about the relative simplicity of the installation, likely to take two days. A simple replacement of the original polycarbonate panels was certainly a better option all round than say a more involved roof replacement (with all the implications of obtaining building regulations, etc.) and certainly cheaper! The team turned up punctually on both days and were most courteous and thoroughly cleaned up after the work. I could not recommend Vlad and the team more highly. And after purchasing a simple fan heater the temperature in the conservatory is a snug 20 degrees at the height of winter. We expect similar great results in the summer!
